NYX soft matte lip creams
Wow! Where do I begin with these avalanche of colors! Nyx soft matte lip creams are truly matte and pigmented lip colors. Due to its fair amount of pigments, you would not have to layer it over and over. It has a very unique smell. This lipstick indeed is like a cream, it has a velvety and silky feel to it. It goes on effortlessly and smoothly and it glides on the lips. The best thing about this lipstick is that unlike other matte lipsticks, it does not feel dry on the lips and it doesn't make your lips feel chapped, chalky nor sticky. When applied, it is rather moist but eventually finishes dry. One flaw to them is that they would not last for long time or all day. You would need to reapply after eating and drinking. You would have to take it on the go and reapply whenever needed. While eating, it would rub off but not completely, the color would still be there. You would just have to put another coat on top of it. Positive thing is that it does not fade ugly on you. It fades nicely. Having said that, you still would be able to get a decent amount of wear time out of it. I love the fact that each color has specific name from different cities around the world. Rest assured once you buy one color, you would be hooked on them and want to buy the whole world! These are high quality, yet low priced lipsticks. Color selection is simply phenomenal! For this price and quality, they are worth the money and collection.
One word of caution, those who have cracks and super dry lips, must use lip primer before applying the lipstick, even using chap-stick would help the lipstick to glide on smoothly. Overall, NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream definitely recommended for everyone to try it out!
